The Covington is the smallest two bedroom, if you call 1044 square feet small. This two bedroom is located on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor and is set up with a bedroom on opposite ends of the apartment. This is a great apartment for two people that like their own space. No fighting over the larger bedroom, both bedrooms are the same size and have large walk in closets. The master bedroom has a walk through bathroom that leads to the walk in closet, while the second bedroom is located right across the hall from the main bath. Extra storage is located on every balcony or patio in this floor plan. Take advantage of the safety and security by turning on your TV, you can see who is standing at your door before you buzz them in! Don't like scraping your windows off in the morning? Rent a garage for a monthly fee, all garages come with keypads and remotes!
