John Watson

John Watson is an owner of Century Sales & Management, LLC. John has a law degree from the University of Nebraska and has been involved in the real estate business for over 30 years. He is active in local real estate brokerage and management. John has served as President of both the REALTORS Association of Lincoln and of the Nebraska REALTORS Association.

John has attended numerous professional real estate courses including several CCIM courses. He founded Century Sales & Management, LLC in 1982. Most of his time is spent in the areas of oversight of the company, conducting commercial and investment real estate brokerage/leasing, and involvement with an occasional development project.

John believes that Century Sales & Management, LLC. is well suited in understanding the Lincoln market place for both large and small multifamily properties and office markets. The Company places a high value on maintaining a strong staff augmented with excellent technology. Many key staff members have been with Century Sales & Management, LLC for over ten years. David Watson

David is an owner of Century Sales & Management, LLC.  His background includes an entrepreneurial managment degree from TCU where he served as Student Body President.  He also spent about 3 years working for Gallup leading their sales efforts in the area of leadership development education.

David has been successful at creating a superior internet presence for Century.  He has been innovative and leveraged the power of social networking sites while creating GoCentury.com with a google map, inside pictures and video, a comparison list, and more.  His efforts have increased web traffic by more than 50% in the last year and more than quadrupled the number of vacant units leased from the web.  Creating measurable results for clients is his passion.

He has also changed the company culture to be more performance oriented.  Through the use of incentive compensation, surveys, and more he has raised resident retention, collected rent, and net income for our clients.  If you need your property managed, please contact David.

Todd Watson

Todd joined Century Sales & Management, LLC as a Partner/Owner.  Todd has his Masters of Accountancy and is a licensed CPA.  Todd is also former branch manager of a Fortune 500 sales operation (staffing company) and brings his skills of sales force management and staff selection to Century.  Todd works with the financials on an operational and financial basis to understand the performance of the portfolio and to identify opportunities and weaknesses in the market and Company to improve property owner yields.  He also takes a high degree of involvement in the sales operations of the company to optimize economic occupancy.  He is involved in the selection process for new personnel to ensure they bring a high level of competency and integrity to the firm.  Finally, he statistically measures quality readings from our customers to ensure that the Lincoln tenant is very satisfied with the level of service Century offers in any given category of service.  Todd previously owned his own staffing practice in Arizona and Texas that he sold before joining Century.

Casey Larkins

Casey joined Century Sales & Management, LLC in January of 1994 after working as a store manager for a large, national department store. Shortly thereafter, he obtained his Nebraska Real Estate Broker’s license. His major responsibility is overseeing the entire property management and maintenance divisions of the company. Casey’s in depth knowledge of the industry and personal contact make him a valuable contact for owners as well as residents.
