Qualifications

Century Sales and Management LLC is seeking an energetic individual to fill a full-time maintenance position. The person hired for this position will report to our maintenance supervisor as well as management at our corporate office. Qualified applicants must have experience in plumbing, electrical, hvac, drywall, lock, appliance and other general repairs.  Applicant must own a truck or a van and have their own tools. Applicant must also have a clean driving record. We offer a competitive wage plus mileage reimbursement. Background, criminal, and past supervisory reference checks will be performed on the person before we hire.

Employment Type & Pay
40 hours per week and possibly some weekend hours. This position will also share on-call duties with our other maintenance techs. Starting pay would be negotiable with possible performance bonuses after 90 days of employment. Benefits are competitive and include opportunity to enroll in health insurance, 401k, vacation & sick time, etc. Benefits start after 90 days of employment.
