Jim received both his bachelor and master degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1985 and 1989. In 1989, he obtained his Nebraska Real Estate License. Jim has 16 years of work experience in property management. He first worked for Commercial Investment Properties as a leasing consultant for 8 years. In 1997, he joined the Century Sales & Management, LLC team as a property manager.
