Todd Watson joined Century Sales & Management, LLC as a Partner/Owner. Todd has his Masters of Accountancy and is a licensed CPA. Todd is also former branch manager of a Fourtune 500 sales operation (staffing company) and brings his skills of sales force management and staffing selection to Century.
Todd works with the financials on an operational and financial basis to understand the performance of the portfolio and to identify opportunities and weaknesses in the market and Company to improve property owner yields.
He also takes a high degree of involvement in the sales operations of the company to optimize economic occupancy. He is involved in the selection process for new personnel to ensure they bring a high level of competency and integrity to the firm. Finally, he statistically measures quality readings from our customers to ensure that the Lincoln tenant is very satisfied with the level of service Century offers in any given category of service. Todd previously owned his own staffing practice in Arizona and Texas that he sold before joining Century.
