David Watson recently joined Century Sales and Management as a Partner/Owner. David focuses on commercial and multi-family brokerage and management. Recently, he has placed a major emphasis on marketing apartment vacancy on the web. During the first half of 2008 Century rented just 10% of their apartments on the web. During the second half of 2008 they rented around 40% of their apartments from the web. He is currently working to upgrade this website with mapping, video, pictures, and social networking. David joined Century Sales and Management after spending a few years with Gallup where he worked with corporations to create customized solutions for their leadership development needs. He also led marketing and recruiting for the MBA in Executive Leadership program designed by Gallup and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. David, a Lincoln native, attended Texas Christian University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Management and served as Student Body President. During college summers, he spent time working at Century in a variety of roles including leasing apartments and commercial brokerage.
