John Watson is an owner of Century Sales & Management, LLC. John has a law degree from the University of Nebraska and has been involved in the real estate business for over 30 years. He is active in local real estate brokerage and management. John has served as President of both the REALTORS Association of Lincoln and of the Nebraska REALTORS Association.
John has attended numerous professional real estate courses including several CCIM courses. He founded Century Sales & Management, LLC in 1982. Most of his time is spent in the areas of oversight of the company, conducting commercial and investment real estate brokerage/leasing, and involvement with an occasional development project.
John believes that Century Sales & Management, LLC. is well suited in understanding the Lincoln market place for both large and small multifamily properties and office markets. The Company places a high value on maintaining a strong staff augmented with excellent technology. Many key staff members have been with Century Sales & Management, LLC for over ten years.
